Bnext, Industry of Energy flow

Bnext conducts CS pipe laying projects for the high-pressure transport of natural gas for the Israel Natural Gas Lines (INGL) company, inclusive of connections to PEMS <not sure of acronym> pressure reduction stations and ancillary work.

Natural gas is pumped from the gas fields at sea via a high-pressure transport systems (85 bar) to the shore, and from there, up, down and across Israel. This transport system is built and maintained by Israel Natural Gas Lines (INGL), a governmental company, that engages contractors with relevant qualifications to perform works such as laying, welding, testing and approving pipes in preparation for pumping of natural gas through these pipes. In 2013 Nextcom, together with Brand Industries, founded the subsidiary company Bnext, that is trusted with natural gas and process piping planning and execution projects.

Bnext, by way of its parent company, is an approved INGL pipe laying contractor. Bnext collaborates with teams from its parent company to take on steel pipe (CS) laying projects for the high-pressure transport of natural gas, inclusive of connections to PEMS pressure reduction stations and ancillary work. To handle the large diameters (12" – 36") of the steel pipes, Bnext utilizes automatic welding machines. For this purpose, the company had designated teams, that included certified welders, welding supervisors and engineers, receive specialized training.

A notable project carried out by our group, is the laying of the 12 km natural gas line between Dovrat and Beit Keshet, in northern Israel, in order to connect the phoenicia factory, including connection to the pressure reduction station at Tzipori.
