The layer of roads, together with the visible parking areas, are that which give a project it’s final “look”. Road planning at Nextcom is done based on existing traffic addendums and includes geometric and planimetric planning, lane widths and road structure, that match the types of and volumes of vehicles expected to use the roadway, over its entire useful life.
At Nextcom, we go to great lengths to ensure perfect road structure, including all of its layers, and that fits the project’s ground surveys. The road’s top layer is usually implemented as two layers of asphalt with a grain size of 3/4 to 1/2 inches, including a bitumen layer in-between the layers and the layers of the existing situation.
